KATHARINE WATSON

Katharine started her line of prints after an apprenticeship at an Indian Block Printing Factory, as a way to bring traditional print making methods to beautiful and unique objects. Each design is inspired by traditional textiles or architecture, and then hand-carved into linoleum and individually hand printed. Katharine believes that the most important aspect of her work is keeping the tradition of handprinted textiles alive in a way that is both beautiful and accessible.

Katharine uses card stock and envelopes that contains up to 80% recycled content and her teatowels are made from fair-trade cotton.
